At 3-46 GRIT CrossFit, we offer competitive event space rental rates that reflect both the value of our facility and our community’s access to training. Our pricing is aligned with similar spaces in Gresham while honoring the commitment our 180+ members make to their health and fitness.

Additional Rental Fees + Policies

To ensure a clean, safe, and smooth experience for everyone, the following standard rental fees and policies apply to all event bookings at 3-46 GRIT CrossFit.

Included in Your Rental

• Over 5,000 sq ft of clean, open floor space
• Bluetooth sound system and flexible equipment setup
• 2 restrooms, and space to host check-ins, vendors, or workshops
• Ample parking and easy access from I-84

NOT Included in Your Rental

• Tables
• Chairs
• Serviceware
• Utensils
• Party Favors

We’ve created a space rooted in community, strength, and purpose and we’re proud to share it for your event needs when available.

* Event liability insurance may be required for private functions. Rental does not include coaching services or staff unless requested.
